The Las Vegas environment causes a build-up of dust on critical electrical and mechanical components. The dust causes premature failure of the printer and early replacement in some cases.

- Rejuvenate rollers and remove build-up from electrical contacts
- Clean optical path
- Vacuum paper dust and loose toner
- Clean toner build-up from fuser
- lubricate mechanical components
- Inspect for worn parts and recommend replacement as needed
- Clean printer case
A regular maintenance program will eliminate repeated service calls and minimize user damage from removing paper jams.
